This leaves your hands free so you can focus on training as well as avoiding leaving your dogs poop on the ground .Being made from 4mm thick neoprene all of our Dicky Bags are waterproof (in that water is prevented from getting inside the bag) however water will run off the outside of the Neoskin bags  but make the outer layer of the Double lined bags wet.
